Bug: OpenTelemetry Koa: Dependency Hell
Version mismatch between @opentelemetry/instrumentation-koa@0.57.0 and its peer dependency. The upgraded Koa instrumentation requires @opentelemetry/instrumentation@^0.208.0 (which depends on import-in-the-middle@^2.0.0 and require-in-the-middle@^8.0.0), but the package.json specifies @opentelemetry/instrumentation@^0.204.0 with import-in-the-middle@^1.14.2. This creates conflicting dependency requirements that could cause runtime errors or prevent proper installation.
